Initiate Return Request
Contact our support team with your order number and specific details regarding the battery models you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Safety Packaging
Place the batteries in their original protective sleeves or cases, ensuring all terminals are insulated to prevent short circuits during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a carrier compliant with UN3480/UN3481 lithium battery shipping regulations.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the voltage and physical condition of the returned cells, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
